[PRESS RELEASE] Correction: Dynasty Warriors DS Not As Cool As It Sounds
Our previous press release regarding Dynasty Warriors DS contained several erroneous statements, which we'd like to clarify.
First off, the following paragraph is entirely inaccurate and was the result of a nightlong meth binge:
"Key product features include vicious multi-Musou attacks with up to four officers, 5 'Unification' scenarios plus 6 'Regional' scenarios, over 400 playable characters to choose from, a create your own warrior mode, as well as 2-player co-op play," and so on.
The article made another false statement about the game which has already attracted the ire of many activist groups. So, for the record, Dynasty Warriors DS: Fighters Battle cannot cure AIDS. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
A corrected synopsis for the game appears below.
"Get ready Nintendo fans, because the legendary Dynasty Warriors are heading to the Nintendo DS, and they bring with them all* the outstanding features and play modes that made the console installments so great! New to the series and exclusive to this installment is the use of the "Battle Deck," and the "Obstacle Roulette System," which greatly extend the tactical possibilities of the game and are concessions that were in no way used to negate the difficulties of translating a technically demanding series onto underpowered hardware. Honest."
We understand that the outright lies of our previous announcement make the game sound like something that's actually worth playing, and again, we regret any confusion this may have caused.
