Kotaku Takes On Godzilla

After their recent tussle with Sony, Kotaku has decided that it's ready to take on the popular Japanese movie monster Godzilla.

"We looked Sony in the eye and stood tall," said Brian Crecente, editor for Kotaku. "It's time we set our sights on some real competition."

Kotaku and Sony went head to head when Kotaku went against Sony's wishes and posted information about Playstation Home, a new online community for the PS3.

"They wanted us to take it down and we said, 'Hell no,'" said Crecente. "It's our party and we can cry if we want to. Cry if we want to. Cry if we want."

Godzilla, although not real, is up for the task.

"I think I will be able to claim victory over Kotaku. I am a giant, fictional monster. If anything, I can win by default because my writers can just write it in the story."

"We'll take on his writers too," said Crecente. "Hell, I'll take on Japan myself. Do they still write Godzilla movies in Japan?"
