New Wii Air Hockey Announced, Will Ruin Your TV
Air Hockey is now included in the list of sports available for play in the Wii Sports title.
People who purchase Wii Sports will now get a new peripheral: an air hockey controller! Shaped like a regular air hockey mallet, the controller will allow for realistic physics with the on-screen puck.
Strangely though, it only works if you lay your TV on the floor (preferably a large flat-panel one). You then proceed to play air hockey like you would at the arcade, by sliding your air hockey controller on your television screen, and smashing it into the on-screen puck.
Nintendo has stated that they do not guarantee that the air hockey controller will not damage your television.
